We encourage our students to spar against each other despite the difference in shapes, sizes and weights in our sparring session. There are so much to learn from each other and EGO has NO place in it. Though it will be a while before we get to spar again, be sure to keep working on your BASICS. Our Online Training Programme will help you to achieve that, no reason not to train during #MCO ????
